Over the past ten years, weekly ecstatic dance scenes have been popping up all around the world creating a unique environment to let loose and get your groove on. Much like a workshop or yoga class, ecstatic dances are a no shoes, no booze, no talking somatic playground where people can explore various forms of dancing, movement and meditation all in one space.
